1. Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

  •  If you could email our support team at: support.gravitycloset@gmail.com and our staff will get back with you asap.

2. How long does it take for me to get a refund?

  •  We will get the matter resolved. The refund time frame could depend on what the issue is.

3. I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

  • You would receive a code that would equal up to the value of your purchase. If your purchase was on sale. You would recieve the same amount of the sale price.

 

4. How do I know my shoe size?

  • We placed a size chart for the Adults & Kids Below.

5.  I want to know if you carry a specific brand/color/size/width?

  •  Try clicking on the drop down button located at the bottom of each picture - You would be able to narrow your search based on your specific interests.

6. Do you do back orders?

  • No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock the Gravity Closet Team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.  

7. I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

  • We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on gravitycloset.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment.  Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item.  Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.  If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart. 

8. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

  • GravityCloset.com is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. When your size, color, and style become available again you will see it apprear back inside of the stock. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

9. Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

  •  No. At this time GravityCloset.com does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

10.  Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?

  • Unfortunately, GravityCloset.com does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. 

It is possible for different colors within the same style to have different prices. For instance, if a pair of black Gravity Crossfit Shoes is selling better than a red ones, one might discount the red shoes.
